The whole house is yours: three bedrooms, three beds, and room for up to six guests, with two and a half bathrooms and a private backyard that is fully fenced. There is a hot tub plus a separate soaking bathtub, and a full kitchen runs to a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, rice maker, and a Nespresso machine with wine glasses laid out. Air conditioning and central heating run throughout, and the house also has a washer with a free dryer, wifi, a TV, and a hair dryer. It is licensed as a simple lodging under the Ryokan Business Act (Kyoto City registration 京都市指令保医セ第418号).
