The whole house is yours: two bedrooms that sleep up to five, with one and a half bathrooms. The kitchen runs on an induction stove and comes with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave and wine glasses, and there is a dedicated workspace for guests who need to put in a few hours. A hot tub and a separate bathtub share the house with a washer and a free dryer, and there is air conditioning and heating throughout. The house operates as a simple lodging under the Ryokan Business Act (Kyoto City registration 京都市指令保医セ第293号).
