Kyoya is an entire machiya in Shimoichimonjicho, in central Nakagyo-ku, close to Nijo Castle and the Sanjo shopping street. It is licensed for up to seven guests, with four bedrooms, four beds and three bathrooms. There is a private courtyard garden at the centre of the house, and both central heating and floor heating for the colder months. The bath is a private hot tub, the kitchen is induction, and there is a washer for longer stays. Check-in is self-service by keypad, so you can arrive whenever suits you.
