A detached house in Saiinnishisanzocho, Ukyo-ku, taken as a whole for short stays. The layout runs to three bedrooms with three beds and room for up to six guests, served by one and a half bathrooms with a full bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, single oven, microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, and a dining table, and a dedicated workspace is set aside for guests who need to work. A 55-inch HDTV, a free washer, air conditioning and heating, and a private patio complete the house, and pets are welcome; a security camera covers the exterior entrance. It operates as a simple lodging under the Ryokan Business Act (Kyoto City registration 京都市指令保医セ第861号).
